I got lucky with the toll free support service of theirs. The guy (Prashanth) at the other end patiently guided me through the firmware upgrade (which I never would have thought would be necessary) and in about 45 minutes time he got the router up and running. I have a Dlink dsl (502T) with a BSNL broad band connection. The firmware version upgraded was to version 7.00.4 . <br /><br />This is almost the first time that some equipment I bought was made to work within about 45 minutes of bringing it home.
